POPtails! and wines by the glass!

The cellar shared by POP! and LALOUX consists of thousands of bottles specifically selected to accompany the items on the menus of both establishments. Their wines, the majority of which are privately imported, are rarely available to the public to purchase, which explains why they are so popular with wine enthusiasts.

The sixties style lounge is constantly adding to it’s list of wines by the glass, where one finds wines that are “natural” and often complex, as well as wines that are simply enticing and festive, but always rare. Whether they’re Old World or New, the wines are always in harmony with the singularly audacious flavours of the cuisine. As one critic noted: POP! offers not only rare wines, but they are served by knowledgeable servers and sommeliers.

They will guide your decision without making it for you.

Speaking Of Our Wine

Consult our complete wine list

In order to offer wines vinified with care by passionate producers who are environmentally concerned, the majority of our wines are privately imported. The agents with whom we work, collaborate directly with the vintners. They in turn can inform us in detail regarding characteristics specific to each wine such as: soil, varietals, vinification and other things.

Our wine list has a large offering of “natural” wines. These are wines that are produced respecting organic agricultural techniques (no pesticides or herbicides) as well as old-fashioned viticultural and vinification techniques, that is to say no chaptalisation (adding sugar), no cultivated yeasts, no or minimal filtration, no sulphur or as little as possible, and therefore no headache…
